● 產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:
本產(chǎn)品是2種高純蛋白混合物,在堿性非變性電泳中分子量為為14.4kD和66kD,經(jīng)過(guò)非變性電泳后,用考馬斯亮藍(lán)染色后可以得到分布均勻密度相近的2條帶。
● 使用說(shuō)明:
一 常溫融化后,徹底混勻,上樣電泳。
注:上樣量根據(jù)膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說(shuō)來(lái),1 mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣5-10 μl,其他規(guī)格梳子請(qǐng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整上樣量。
二 電泳結(jié)束后,染色,觀(guān)察結(jié)果。
注:使用銀染時(shí),由于靈敏度高于考馬斯亮藍(lán)染色方法,可以適當(dāng)降低Marker上樣量,一般稀釋50倍。
1. 本蛋白Marker不適用于變性蛋白電泳(SDS-PAGE),因?yàn)樵?/span>SDS存在下,含有多個(gè)亞單位的蛋白會(huì)不同程度解聚。
2. 本蛋白Marker也不適用于常規(guī)的非變性蛋白電泳(Laemmli非變性蛋白電泳,分離膠pH為8.8),因?yàn)樵贚aemmli非變性蛋白電泳中,堿性蛋白不能有效分離。
